Know your talent!

Recently, I read Talents Mapping book. The author is abah Rama Royani. In this book, abah encourage us to know ourself, then accept both of our strengths and also weaknesses. There is this quote in the book "Be yourself, but first Know yourself". So, before people know who are you, you have to know who you are.

I started psychology assessment when I was a principal. I did MBTI assessment for my staffs and colleague. That time, i knew that I like MSDM (Manajemen Sumber Daya Manusia) and psyhology area. Now, I had new knowledge about Talents Mapping. For a beginner like me, TM is simpler than MBTI.

Nowadays, my life with trio Z is full of experience. I use Talents Mapping to "read" trio Z talents. I hope that i can raise them great, so they will have their own meaningful life.
